In the warm weather of June 2011, we had a Flat roof installation to complete. The property already had an existing falt roof but the material had worn over time and was leaking into the ceilings of the house. The new Flat Roof was installed within 3 days and the customer was left without any mess or leaks.

We have had multiple calls and questions about chimneys and why they need repairing, and We repair a lot of chimneys that require the need of re-pointing so no leaks start unexpectedly.

This property had sustained a a lot of water damage because the old roof had collapsed. The customer requested a brand new Flat roof and a guttering system attached, so the flat roof had to be angled correctly to allow the water flow to dispense down into the sewer.
